Cinnamon ice cream


  • 250 grams of sugar syrup (see recipe Rose parfait)
  • 300 grams of whipped cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons of Van Wees Cinnamon liqueur
  • some cinnamon powder.


Heat the yolks and beat with the syrup until frothy. Let it cool down. Add cinnamon liqueur, the whipped cream and some cinnamon powder to taste.
