Fill a large glass with ice. Add 3 parts prosecco or cava, 2 parts Oranjebitter and fill with sparkling water.

Three Corners Negroni
Ingredients:
- Three Corners Superior Dry Gin
- Van Wees Oranjebitter
- Carpano Punt e mes
- 1 piece of orange peel
Mix 20 ml Dry Gin with 20 ml Orange Bitter and 20 ml Carpano.
Serve in a tumbler with ice cubes and garnish with an orange zest.
